7. Online Ordering

16. Shipping of Products and Deliveries

17. Cost of Shipping and Delivery Time

17.2. In mainland Portugal and the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, deliveries will be free of charge for purchases of 200 € or more. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs will be charged, at € 12.50 per order.

17.3. In all EU countries, deliveries will be free of charge for purchases of 200Eur or more, except for countries with different customs and tax policies than most EU countries. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs will be charged, at a value of 20 € per order.

18. Order Delivery Deadlines

19. Product Exchanges and Returns

19.5. Buyer orders must be exchanged or returned via the same carrier that delivered the parts to your address as follows:

• Place the item in a box. You may use the original packaging in which you received the order or another carton, provided it is undamaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and put only the item you want to return. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments, remove them.
• Collection will be made within 3 working days after the return request has been made. You will be contacted by customer services to arrange product collection. If it is not at the address indicated at the time of collection, a new collection will be scheduled at a date / time to be agreed between the customer and the carrier.
• Collections are not made on holidays and weekends.
• Upon receipt of the product in our warehouse, the Quality Department will verify that the part complies with our Exchange or Return requirements. If so, the exchange will be confirmed or the credit made.

19.6. The pickup will be arranged by the carrier within 2 business days of receipt of the exchange / return confirmation. The collection will be made from Monday to Friday, not being possible to schedule a specific time.

19.7. Upon receipt of all or part of the products ordered on our premises, we will process them within two business days. If the return is confirmed, the amount will be returned to you by the same payment method. Returns are only made to the account / card that gave rise to the purchase.

20. Cancellation of Orders

20.1. Prior to shipping, the Buyer may cancel the order of products.
