7. Online Ordering

16. Shipping of Products and Deliveries

17. Cost of Shipping and Delivery Time

18. Order Delivery Deadlines

19. Product Exchanges and Returns

19.5. Buyer orders must be exchanged or returned via the same carrier that delivered the parts to your address as follows:
- Place the item in a box. You may use the original packaging in which you received the order or another carton, provided it is undamaged. If the box has any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments, remove them.
- Collection will be made within 3 working days after the return request has been made. You will be contacted by customer services to arrange product collection. - Collections are not made on holidays and weekends.

19.6. The pickup will be arranged by the carrier within 2 business days of receipt of the exchange / return confirmation. The collection will be made from Monday to Friday, not being possible to schedule a specific time.
19.7. Upon receipt of all or part of the products ordered on our premises, we will process them within two business days. If the return is confirmed, the amount will be returned to you by the same payment method. Returns are only made to the account / card that gave rise to the purchase.
20. Cancellation of Orders
20.1. Prior to shipping, the Buyer may cancel the order of products.
